The viasat.us system is set up so that human users have a single account they can use to
sign on to any viasat.us-protected application. No matter how many different applications
and teams you interact with, you have a consistent username, password, and 2FA token to
manage.
viasat.us Account Policy
Getting One
- Starting in mid-January 2026, newly-requested viasat.us accounts for Viasat employees and contractors will match corporate and viasat.io usernames.
- Each viasat.us account must belong to one, and only one, individual. No shared or group accounts.
- You may not have more than one viasat.us account.
- Only members of authorized Sponsor Organizations will be able to create accounts.
-
Usernames may only contain ASCII letters, numbers, dashes, underscores, and periods.
Show technical details
All usernames are fully described by this regular expression: ^[a-z0-9_]([-a-z0-9_\.]*[a-z0-9])*$
- Usernames for non-Viasat organizations will automatically include an organization-specific prefix followed by an underscore.
What You Do With It
- You may not use your viasat.us account to engage in any activity that is illegal under local, state, federal, or international laws.
- You are responsible for making sure you, and only you, control your credentials. If you think they've been stolen, notify vice-support@viasat.com IMMEDIATELY.
- You are responsible for any actions taken by your account, whether or not they were authorized by you. If you think it's been misused, notify vice-support@viasat.com IMMEDIATELY.
- Viasat will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, and you acknowledge and agree that you may be liable for our losses due to such use.
- If you are a partner or service provider of Viasat, you agree to use this viasat.us account in accordance with your agreement with Viasat.
Losing One
- Accounts that are unused for 90 days will be disabled.
- We reserve the right to cancel a viasat.us account at any time, for any reason.
viasat.io accounts already exist for Viasat employees and contractors
